International Rates (outside US)

International Shipping (1-6 Weeks): $19.95 + $2.95 per each additional item

International Orders are processed through our Secure Checkout based on the billing and shipping information you provide.

Please make sure you choose the correct country, send us proper billing and shipping information for your orders. New York Gifts & Souvenirs Inc. will not be responsible for any delays due to missing information and customs in the destination country. Orders & Shipping Procedures

  • Orders placed before 4pm New York time, Monday through Thursday, and Friday before 3PM will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We will be sending you the tracking numbers for all qualifying destinations. 

  • Customers will be notified of the status of their order throughout shipping processes.

  • Delays on orders may be caused by the following reasons:

- Ordered item may be on back-order or out of stock.

- There may be a problem with credit card processing and/or shipping address.

 In this case, we will contact you and update you with the status of your order.

  • Credit Cards will not be charged until order is ready to ship. (If a Debit card is used, issuing bank may block that amount from when order is placed until it is shipped)

  • Flat Rate shipments are done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. PO Box Delivery addresses may be shipped using First Class Mail only depending on the destination country.

  • Express shipments are done via FedEx or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged deliveries must be reported within 2 business days of delivery of the package. New York Gifts & Souvenirs Inc. is not responsible for damaged deliveries reported after 2 business days. Please send your claim to our email support@nycgiftsonline.com

Return Policy

Refunds will be credited to the card used at checkout for the original purchase price excluding the shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges for goods ordered discounted or on sale are not accepted.

Orders shipped with "Free Shipping" can only be returned for the paid amount minus the shipping total incurred on our side.

Returned products must be unused and in a condition with all original tags and packaging. Please email us at support@nycgiftsonline.com with the details of the order or product you want to return to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number). 

Refund will be done for orders/products returned within 30 days after the shipment date. Orders/products returned after 30 days after the shipment date will receive a store credit.

Orders returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Custom bulk orders are not subject to return unless the products are faulty. 

Exchanges

Items are only eligible for an exchange if the items subject to exchange are still for sale in store. In order to find out the eligibility, please send us an email at support@nycgiftsonline.com 

For exchanged orders, the shipment of the exchanged item will be charged to the customer.

Returns / Exchanges are only accepted with the original receipt and tags on the products.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some items to some countries. That's why some products can only be shipped within US.

Once you order a product, you will choose the delivery option. Inline with that information and the availability of the product, we will be notifying you with a delivery time range in the order confirmation.
